Best friends Hiccup and his dragon Toothless have become quite the cartographers. They spend their days exploring the farthest of lands trying to find new dragons and places as they map out their world.

On one of these fun adventures, they come across an island of dragons who all live in harmony and they discover far more than they bargained for. Their amazing discoveries are soon threatened when the self-proclaimed master of dragons decides he wants them all for himself. Now Toothless and Hiccup must team up with their whacky friends and keep the piece and defend the dragons.
