Installation terms-and-conditions and things to note

  1. StarSat will cover the cost of the standard installation which includes a dish kit, maximum 25-metre LNB cable, single LNB, bracket and full installation to a single TV point. Should a special bracket be required, the installer will advise you of the additional cost. The installation is done directly to the television.
  2. The installer will ensure that all settings are correct and in working order before he/she leaves.
  3. If you require anything over and above this, e.g. connecting your home theatre system, then the installer will provide you with a quote. Please make installation and payment arrangements directly with the installer for this additional service.
  4. For your peace of mind, a three-month warranty on the installation is provided by the Installer.
  5. Should you choose not to utilise the services of an accredited StarSat installer, you will be liable for the installation costs.
  6. Residential complex and business premise installations are excluded. If you wish to install StarSat in a residential complex or business premise please call us on 011 582 9988
