Helstrom to premiere on FOX across Africa this July

Hulu Original series based on the Marvel Comics anti-heroes, Daimon and Ana Helstrom

Johannesburg, 6 July 2021: The supernatural thriller live-action series, Helstrom, created by Paul Zbyszewski, based on the popular Marvel Comic book, will premiere exclusively on Fox Africa (channel 131) on Mondays at 8:45 PM from 12 July 2021. Helstrom follows the son and daughter of a mysterious serial killer. Daimon (Tom Austen) and Ana Helstrom (Sydney Lemmon) have a complicated dynamic, each with their unique attitude and skills, as they track down the worst of humanity.

Tom Austen (Granchester, The Borgias) stars as Daimon Helstrom, a professor of ethics who moonlights as an exorcist. Daimon has no illusions about saving the world. He only hopes to help a few people closest to him. In his battle against a hidden world, Daimon is determined to root out demons as they arise and will not stop until he vanquishes them.

Sydney Lemmon (Succession, Fear The Walking Dead) plays Ana Helstrom. By day, Ana runs a successful auction house and suffers no fools, but her passion lies in hunting down those who hurt others. Traumatized by her father as a child, Ana is determined to rid the world of those like him, even as she secretly worries her father will return.

Other cast members include Elizabeth Marvel (as Victoria Helstrom, mother to Daimon and Ana), Robert Wisdom (as Caretaker), June Carryl (as Dr Louise Hastings), Ariana Guerra (as Gabriella Rosetti) and Alain Uy (as Chris Yen).
