Luisa Fernanda Pérez is a pretty 18-year-old student who spends her free time practising violin and gardening, two things she’s very good at. She inherited her green thumb from her grandfather who’s the former groundskeeper of a large family estate. One random day Luisa is involved in a car accident caused by her play-boy biological father Luis. While in hospital, she falls head-over-heels for her very attractive acting physician, Carlos. Will Carlos stay professional and reject his patient’s googly-eyes or will he slip up and fall in love with her?
