Sometimes you win and other times you learn. Mamelodi Sundowns will want to remember this following their disappointment in their FIFA Club World Cup opener.

Sundowns lost 2-0 to Kashima Antlers in their World Cup quarter final after the Brazilians had the Japanese side under pressure for most of the first half. Masandawana, unfortunately, failed to take their goal scoring chances and were punished in the second period.

There is a lot of football still to be played as Sundowns will want to prove themselves against Jeonbuk.

The final and the third place matches will be played on Sunday, December 18, at 09:30 and 12:30 respectively.
